Memorial Service/Celebration

 

Date: Saturday, May 21, 2016 

Time: Service begins at 2:00pm. Doors open at 1:15pm. Parking provided.

Place: Columbia Edgewater Country Club: 2220 NE Marine Dr., Portland OR 97211.

 

Pay homage to David's style by wearing: 

Hawaiian shirts, unique shirts, vests, or hats. We will remember him with words, music and photos. Light hor d'oeuvres served after service. Share memories afterwards with friends and family.
